Within Australia, we work with a trusted network of removalists to ensure our furniture arrives safely at its destination. Please contact us at hello@dutoit.studio if you have any questions. Below are estimated costs for blanket-wrapped delivery services to capital cities. Pricing may vary based on order volume and delivery location.

Once your order has been processed and is ready for dispatch standard post can take up to 3-10 business days depending on your location.

International

We can ship to select overseas countries. Please contact hello@dutoit.studio for pricing and other information.

Dispatch

If all items are in stock, orders are dispatched fortnightly, if you have an urgent request please get in touch with us.

Returns

If you're not entirely happy with your purchase we will exchange, credit, or refund an item within 30 days of being received, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging. We will only accept returns which have been pre-approved, so it’s important you contact us first at hello@dutoit.studio to assist with your query. Please ensure you provide your invoice number or proof of purchase and allow up to 10 business days for us to get back to you. Please note you will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs, except in the case of a faulty item.

Exchanges

You can exchange your purchase for a different item in line with our returns policy. If there is a price difference, we will provide you with a store credit. If you are exchanging your purchase for a more expensive item, we will arrange payment with you directly.

Faulty Items

We inspect all our products for quality prior to sending them out to you. If we have overlooked a production or manufacturing fault please get in touch with us. Our preference is to repair the fault, if this is not possible, we will replace the item like for like or provide a refund. We take no responsibility for orders damaged during transit once dispatched from our studio.
